Our tried and true 7-step process

From the very beginning to the last stage of distribution, our thorough process ensures high-quality products that cater to customer demand. From scouting, selecting, setting the scene, testing, adapting, final testing, and launching, these are the seven steps that make up our complete process from demand to distribution. Let’s run by each of these stages: First, we have a group of designated food and market experts that scout the market to determine what customers would like to see on the shelves of their local stores. After they have assessed market trends and customer preferences, we more closely examine the products they selected that seem to have that little something extra. 
 

After we’ve decided upon an idea for a new product, we thoroughly research the related market factors and create a complete, innovative product design. Now we are halfway through the fourth stage of our process when we demo the product for the first round of testing. Based on the result, we adapt the product to align more closely with the market needs, including taste tests and feedback on functionality, design, and packaging. When we have made the requisite adjustments, we send the updated product for another round of testing to make sure it will be the newest big hit on the market. Finally, the product is ready for distribution, and we launch the product at selected locations.
